Now before i give you the answer , this is not my answer or my opinion because the answer is pritty unbeliveable. The old monks and ZEN masters say that "you should be so good at your ZEN that you will doge the person not the bullet." lol well tell me what you guys think about this answer , because when i heard it i was like wah? I think that there is no 1 style , and that to truly become a great martial artist and person you must take information from where ever you can.
