BlueDragon1981 Posted August 17, 2002 Posted August 17, 2002 It is suppose to be ki. Unfortunatly a lot of places dont place any importance on how to do it right. They just let you yell. There is a correct way to do it. Once you get good at it you can make it so that you can Ki without yelling as you call it. It is basically a way to tense up your body to recieve a strike. Also you can get more power with your strikes. Breathing and concentration do a lot more to your power than some people relize
