Kieran-Lilith
I would agree that it is to the front, certainly. I'm not to clear on the meaning of "sho", but "men" is most definitely the head. When I visited Japan and practiced Kendo, we shouted "men!" before striking the head. He who gains a victory over other men is strong; but he who gains a victory over himself is all powerful Lao-tsu
Mr. Karate
Thanks for help. So just to set things straight, seiken is forefist punch (otherwise a general punch term?) and gyaku-tsuki the actual term for reversal punch correct?
