I had that policy once, but pitched it.Now, keep in mind that if you get started, and things don't work out, then it may be weird for one or both of you to still go to the same MA school. Keep this in mind. AikiGuy Posted February 5, 2008 Share Posted February 5, 2008 Don't get too hung up on the fact that you are new to this art. I don't think it should matter at all. Actually, it might help. Assuming this girl has more training than you, you can ask if she still trains then ask her to help you brush up a bit. It will give you a chance to see how she reacts to you outside of class without telling her everything. Paranoia is not a fault. It is clarity of the world around us.
