Knuth
Would you watch? What would you expect the out come to be? I don't think that Tyson is that great of a boxer. He has had VERY limited experiance boxing real good boxers. Not to mention that he is nothing more than a walking, talking, piece of sh1t. I think that if he went up against anyone in the UFC or related organizations he would have his azz handed to him quickly. My limited logic is based upon a few boxers I have sparred with. They have no defense against an attack to their legs. Unless he spent some quality time with some type of grappling discipline he would loose in mind. Withers M.A.A.
This is where I think you are totally wrong. Tyson grew up a STREET FIGHTER NOT a boxer. He needed to be calmed down before stepping into the ring. So I believe Tyson would do EXTREMELY well in the UFC. If they could come up with $30 million maybe he would actually fight. Too bad they only offer chicken scratch so we'll never see it happen. Years ago Gracie challenged him to fight but again nothing came of it. Pacificshore
Yeah, I would watch the fight. I think if he hits his opponet just right, then it's light s out. If he's careless and wild like he can be, then it's lights out for him. Di'DaDeeeee!!!Mind of Mencia
Bon
If there were no rules which meant he could bite, groin grab and all that, I'd put my money on Tyson. He's an animal. By the same token, I don't think there would be many people willing to fight him with those kind of rules. However, the UFC has some restrictions and I think Tyson would be in trouble if he came up against a grappler, against another striker I'd pick Tyson. It takes sacrifice to be the best. There are always two choices, two paths to take. One is easy. And its only reward is that it's easy.
tsdstud
that would be awesome to see. But I'm thinking he'd lose. He trains for punchers. Guys like Shamrock can punch but also kick and grapple. I think he'd do decently against mid-level fighters but lose to the elite ones. But who knows, it'd sure be fun to watch. cho dan TSD"Every second that you are not training, someone somewhere is training to kick your butt"- Kyo Sa Lyle (my instructor) "Where we going in 5 months?!?!?!" van_damme
Well said Withers M.A.A.. Tyson is a machine,if u like him or u dont,he is still an ultimate fighter.I had this conversation with my dad and i said that the only guy that could do damage to tyson in the UFC would be Ken shamrock. They both grew up on the streets. If Tyson was to land one punch on anyone..i think that person would get knocked out. Withers M.A.A.
His punching power is amazing... If someone can take his punch bare knuckle and still stand then they would have to be pretty insane. I t hink one solid punch from Tyson would end the fight. However, if he were to get tied up in a grappling situation that could be a different story. However, Tyson is EXTREMELY strong and could probably muscle his way out of most holds. G95champ
His power alone would allow him to do well in a NHB event. All the ground work in the world don't help when you are seeing stars. Boxers have great foot work and to shoot and take down a boxer like Tyson would be harder than you think. However last time I checked you could not bite in the UFC. So Tyson may not do as well as you all think. LOL...... (General George S. Patton Jr.) "It's the unconquerable soul of man, and not the nature of the weapon he uses, that ensures victory."
