Kumori Posted January 3, 2008 Posted January 3, 2008 There are currently 2 Wing Chun instructors here in my area, and Im wondering if you know anything about them or have heard anything useful.Ali Rahim claims to be the heir of the Woo Fai system of Wing Chun, which I have never heard of. https://www.louisvillewingchun.comThe other one is Grandmaster ??henry?? Cook.He developed the Seven Winds Flying Fist System. He has retired teaching public classes and does only private teachings now.http://taletha.com/biography.htmAnyone have any information regarding these instructors?Im questioning the authenticity of Ali Rahim...
stonecrusher69 Posted February 13, 2008 Posted February 13, 2008 If your into wing chun I would say check out Ali Rahim. It's a traditional wing chun style.Similiar to the popular Yip Man style. If y9our into a mixed style then GM Henry cook might be a better choice. You need to vivist both tecahers and check out what they offer and see if it's what your looking for. http://www.youtube.com/user/sifumcilwrath"When the student is ready the master will appear"
