great Oyster recipe

Here os a great recipe for oysters,perfect for New Years Eve

Paul's Oysters

1 1/2 pints extra small oysters

1-2 minced cloves of garlic

1/3 cup olive oil

3/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese

1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs

1/4 tsp paprika

salt , pepper to taste

mix garlic and olive oil, let sit for 30 minutes or more. Mix the bread crumbs,cheese,paprika,sat and pepper to taste.

Roll the oyster in the garlic oil, coat on both sides with crumbs.

Bake at 375 for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
