One the most effective MA's out there. I've used it. Where do you study? yingampyang
I didn't get into it much , but it is a good style , and the above links will explain it better than i can. I think that there is no 1 style , and that to truly become a great martial artist and person you must take information from where ever you can. ps1
Actually, this is the wikipedia entry that explains it:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/San_sooSan Soo and San Shou are two different things. -- San Soo 2nd Degree Brown BeltThis website is horribly vague. The same statements are often made about nearly every martial art. Such as:1. Doesn't require brute force2. Ends the fight as quickly as possible3. No Rules fightingWith respect, this is jargon that's often used to sell a martial art. As you are a Brown belt in the art, can you tell us a little more about it? Perhaps give examples of combinations you use, your favorite techniques and so on. This would help to paint a better picture of what the art is all about. Thanks,Bill "It is impossible to make anything foolproof because fools are so ingenius." BlackTiger
Jimmy Woo's San Soo Kung Fu is a mixture of several Kung Fu styles. I like the fact they put their emphasis on self-defense .
