well i do contact kickboxing and yeh smashing people is quite fun but you gotta expect to get hit. theres also cardio kickboxing which is just for excersize. i think contact kickboxing would be best as its a good workout and good fighting practice. it helps you learn to block and improves your reactions. plus its damn fun!

Well I do Contact kickboxing it is fun. You get a bit of a workout at the beginning and then you learn kicboxing moves... etc

 

 

when you do your best it`s going to show.
