the other day at a restaurant I didn't really mean to, but I over heard this:

Basically that Gorillas are awesome in power

then,

basically that Tigers are awesome in power.

THEN,

out of the 3 guys, 2 guys start talking.

person 1: Lions, tigers & cats are from the same species.

person 2: no way that is true.

person 1: the bones are the same.

person 2: yeah they have many similarities, but they are also very different.

person 1: they are related.

person 2: that's like saying a Gorilla that I see in the zoo, & just sits there & does nothing but eat, sleep, can't talk is the same as me.

It's crazy to think that if you go far back enough that somehow we share the same ancestor. If that was true, how come they stopped evolving? How come they didn't keep evolving until they became like us?
