My post didn't get in - my fault as I am new to this forum-

My question was has anyone heard of the Hung Ga Boat Style ?

A few of the Old Kung Fu Masters knew it from years ago and taught it.

They claim Hung Ga originated from the boat people of China. A boat isn't stable and always rocks back and forth.Students were taught to stand in a very low , very solid horse stance. There isn't much room on a boat so jumping and kicking are limited, as is moving around, it is a stand and deliver fighting method one might say a "slug it out " method.
