Existence_is _suffering Posted October 1, 2007 Posted October 1, 2007 Does anyone have/know of any good books detailing Martial-art side Tai Chi Chaun? Doesn't matter what style! Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks, E.O.S The first person to call me mate gets a punch in the throat...
bushido_man96 Posted October 1, 2007 Posted October 1, 2007 I have The Complete Idiot's Guide to T'ai Chi & QiGong. I have yet to read it, but I have read other MA books from the Idiot's Guides library, and have found them to be fairly informative as far as basic information, history, and introductory technical fundamentals are concerned. This book is written by Bill Douglas. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
