gamedweeb Posted October 30, 2007 Posted October 30, 2007 33 isn't old at all (yeah I'm only 25), I've known people into their 60s that are starting out in Martial Arts. "I'd rather have 10 techniques that work for me than 100 techniques that work against me." -Ed Parker
tkdan Posted October 30, 2007 Posted October 30, 2007 You're probably way too old (hehe). I started when I was only 41 three years ago. It was always my dream and now I'm living it. This will be one thing I will not ever have to look back and say I wish I would have about. Do it and have fun at it. Also me my wife and our three kids all do it and it is great being able to share the experience with my kids and I guess my wife also.

Kajukenbopr Posted November 2, 2007 Posted November 2, 2007 I've heard of people started Tai Chi at 60, kept on doing it well into their 90's...Take a chance, and have fun with it! <> Be humble, train hard, fight dirty
NY_Karatedork Posted November 16, 2007 Posted November 16, 2007 Age is just a number, you know you're too old when you break something easily. I have ninja monkies in my brain and they are using it as a trampaline.
KirkhamsEbooks.com Posted November 20, 2007 Posted November 20, 2007 A few years ago I heard of a 75 year old woman who got her black belt.
