Rainbow_Warrior
When you spar with new guys , you realize about your progress . Because the older guys or those who started with you did progress too.And you may think you are not doing well...The fact is that maybe you and your old parts are doing well and you cant submit each other with ease. ´´ The evil may win a round , but not the fight ´´

When you are running side by side at the same speed, it seems hard to get ahead. So it is at times with training partners. That is why having a variation of skill levels is good for everyone. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com

Adonis
Hey good job, I never could figure out how to hit that during rolling, every pushes my foot down or leans away to where I can only go for the omoplata. Nice job!
Mischievousjoe
I find a good set up is to get a tight overhook on the side you want it on trapping the arm to the mat and getting their balance all off center, and start moving like for an oma- plata to the side, then yank the shin in front real quick and presto! JJOdin
If you want to see a gogoplata in competition, the Nick Diaz Takanori Gomi fight is a good place to start. You can probably find it at You Tube as well. That's a high level move for sure. pittbullJudoka
Nick schooled Gomi with a very sweet set up during that fight too bad CAC over turned the win to a no contest due to Nick testing positive for pot after the fight.
Mischievousjoe
yeah that no decision stuff sucked - I personally don't think it matters if a fighter wants to toke or not, but thats just me. If you want to control performance enhancers, then you should control the illegal street drugs as well. That, and it helps to set an example. If it had been you or me testing positive for marijuana, we would be posting a bond at jail for it. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
