kkennedy219
Just need to vent...my kids keep getting me sick bringing home colds and stuff from school, and I swear it ALWAYS happens on a karate night. I've had to miss class this entire week thanks to the stomach flu and I desperately need to work on my heian nidan...sigh. So frustrating.Anyhoo, enough whining. Everyone else please do and extra heian nidan for me. Why did I have the bowl, Bart? WHY DID I HAVE THE BOWL???
bushido_man96
That is annoying, I know. Just take some time and practice at home a bit. Do what you can. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
Jay
If you cant train then just thinking about training helps go through the moves in your head apparently this also slightly stimulates your muscles so gives you very small gains. The key to everything is continuity achieved by discipline.
lordtariel
I applaud you staying home while sick. I'm also going through a bout with a cold right now and suffering severe Karate withdrawal symptoms. My only option is to practice at home so I don't backslide. Hope you get better soon. NY_Karatedork
I hate getting sick and stuff but when I do I find that going outside and breathing some fresh air, I feel better. My head will be clearer, my nose will stop running and such, maybe getting some fresh air will help you. I have ninja monkies in my brain and they are using it as a trampaline. kkennedy219
Many thanks to all the well-wishers. I'm all better and will be happily returning to the dojo tomorrow. Just hope I'm not too rusty! Why did I have the bowl, Bart? WHY DID I HAVE THE BOWL???
