I'm glad you mentioned that how on the ground everything changes, even having experiance on the ground may not be enough agaisnt a world class grappler.

Having some idea of what can happen is a good thing though, in that case. I could say the same if I was facing a World Class fighter, even though I have stand-up experience. Either way, having the experience will benefit you more than not.

That's also true Bushido. The guy can still take me down in a split second. But I can hold my own against him once we get to the ground. That's only because he hasn't been training for the last 3 years and he's a little out of shape now.
