I probably wouldn't buy it. I just don't have the money to justify needing 3 sets of sparring gear. Unless all the tournaments you attend require both red and blue, I would skip this one.

My current set is on its last legs anyway and is due to be replaced.

My Dad did point out to me last night that even if I don't buy 2 sets now and buy just the 1, somewhere down the line I'll need a new set anyway.

I had to hand my competition form in yesterday. In the end my grandma is going to pay for one set if I buy the other. My goal is to do more bigger tournaments like these so a set of red and blue will be the norm.
