lordtariel Posted August 15, 2007 Posted August 15, 2007 http://www.xmarevolution.com/XMASchoolProfiles/tabid/53/Default.aspxList of XMA Dojos. You can select Australia from the list. There's no place like 127.0.0.1
Azmyth Posted August 15, 2007 Posted August 15, 2007 i couldn't help but notice all the schools are ATA.. why is that? "Fear does not exist in this dojo does it?"
lordtariel Posted August 15, 2007 Posted August 15, 2007 Don't know. Maybe it's an ATA site. I just googled xma teams and that one came up. There's no place like 127.0.0.1
bushido_man96 Posted August 16, 2007 Posted August 16, 2007 Not all are ATA schools, but there are quite a few. I know that the Mike Chat got in with the ATA a little while back, and started an XMA type of program that ATA schools can now offer, for those interested. Perhaps that is why. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
Azmyth Posted August 16, 2007 Posted August 16, 2007 well if u look at alot of the ATA demos.. its pretty much what the XMA does.. the XMA does slightly crazier gymnastics however.I would love to learn how to do that just for kicks and to just randomly fly around like a ninja.. but, its not worth it enough for me to enroll in an ATA school vs. a more self defense based one.the schools down here give it a bad rap.. with 5 year old 3rd degree black belts. DWx Posted August 16, 2007 Posted August 16, 2007 Don't know. Maybe it's an ATA site. I just googled xma teams and that one came up.XMA revolution is Chat's own demo team. Hey vanish, if there isn't a school available, you could just learn some gymnastics/acrobatics instead. There's a lot of help for people who want to learn XMA on the internet, loads of tutorials on stuff like YouTube. If you search tricking or XMA you can usually find some good ones. http://www.trickstutorials.com/ <- that site's quite good for advice and hints. edwardthetwinky Posted September 22, 2007 Posted September 22, 2007 hey guys new to forum and i kno its a bit late of a response... the reason so many schools on tha list are ATA is becuase Mike Chat got ATA to add XMA as a competitive division to their tournamen circuits. So basically... Mike Chat + ATA = ATA Extreme now... so if you ever go out to an ATA tourni you'll see that ATA has endorsed EVERYTHING with XMA... so all XMA uniforms, swords, kamas, etc.etc. "Don't concentrate on the finger or you will miss all that heavenly glory" - Bruce Lee (Enter The Dragon)
