bushido_man96
I have always wondered that myself. However, I now don't have the room to even consider one. I think that they would be great, though. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
kws
I have one and I love it. You do need a decent sized space for it. I find it does not shake the house when I hit the bag. Everyone in my crew trains so it always felt like there was an earthquake going on. Now it's pretty quiet. I have a 100 lbs Century water bag hanging from it. I also occasionally use it for chin ups. I'm 220lbs plus the bag so it is pretty sturdy. I would recommend bolting it to the wall. If not it will move around with any decent hits on the bag. Mine is a few years old..6-8 actually. The current design is virtually the same except tubular steel is now used.Recommended!!
