Rainbow_Warrior
Im going to see my parents in december...they are close to houston now , but they move to LA soon.I want to know if some one here knows any friendly grappling/MMA gym in downtown LA . I will stay in the states about 2 months...so I may train a lil bit there or at least watch how do they train there. I know that is after 4 months , but I wanna know where to look at. ´´ The evil may win a round , but not the fight ´´
ps1
http://www.maximpactma.com/http://www.manta.com/comsite5/bin/pddnb_company.pl?pdlanding=1&referid=3550&id=cdhnn4Here's a couple I found with a quick search on Yahoo. Another thing you can do is search the affiliates of famous Jiujitsu teachers. "It is impossible to make anything foolproof because fools are so ingenius." Rainbow_Warrior
Oh thanks . I ´ve checked those sites...They seem to be good places , but it looks like the bjj program is gi oriented in both cases.I could buy a gi and grapple with it, but I train no gi here so I would keep it as a souvenir later ´´ The evil may win a round , but not the fight ´´
ps1
You never know...it may help. I find that the gi makes me much more technical. It slows the game down alot which forces you to really focus on proper technique. Then when I take it off and go no-gi, I tend to be even better. I'm sure they would grapple you no gi as well if you ask. Hope you find a good place. "It is impossible to make anything foolproof because fools are so ingenius." Rainbow_Warrior
I think that is good work with and w/o gi, but I m not used to the gi.... In fact when I did TMA like Kung fu , we used an uniform that consisted in some wide light pants , and a T shirt...or maybe traditional chinese jacket.....I dont know how to grip the opponent´s gi , but It would be good to learn. ´´ The evil may win a round , but not the fight ´´

Adonis
I believe they moved over a year ago at Legends. He is there though. You can check the instructors section at legendsmma.com to see for your self. Yes 10th Planet is part of Legends now.
