kkennedy219 Posted July 5, 2007 Posted July 5, 2007 Does anyone know if there is such a thing as a gi cut especially for women? The ones I have used have been the traditional style, seeming to be cut for men because the ties hit me right at the widest part of my hips. So I can't really even make the ties meet properly unless I hike the jacket way up, which is uncomfortable and looks crummy. Most of the women in my class have this problem with the dojo-issued gi.Thoughts? Why did I have the bowl, Bart? WHY DID I HAVE THE BOWL???
TangSooDoGuru Posted July 6, 2007 Posted July 6, 2007 Absolutely. Century is the first one that i have seen to come out with the "women's style" gi. G95champ Posted August 10, 2007 Posted August 10, 2007 as stated above century has just came out with one with a female cut. (General George S. Patton Jr.) "It's the unconquerable soul of man, and not the nature of the weapon he uses, that ensures victory."
marie curie Posted August 12, 2007 Posted August 12, 2007 there are women's judo gis, but I forget where. They are pretty sweet. You suck-train harder.......................Don't block with your faceA good traveler has no fixed plans, and is not intent on arriving. -Lao Tzu
