G95champ
did anyone see Frank Shamrock beat the snot out of Baroni (Sp) on Showetime last week?Back when he beat Tito Ortiz in the UFC I told people he may be the best ever at the time. Then he stopped fighting. I don't know how good this Baroni was or was supposed to be but it was not close. If Frank had not toyed with him it could have been over in One.I hope White is trying to get him back in the UFC he would add to the light heavy class which is already loaded with Rampage, Chuck, Tito, etc. (General George S. Patton Jr.) "It's the unconquerable soul of man, and not the nature of the weapon he uses, that ensures victory."
bushido_man96
I didn't hear about that. Good for him. I am not a big Shamrock, fan, but the more competition that is around, the better it is for the art. However, the last match that I saw him fight in in UFC (don't remember who he fought, though), he lost, and looked pretty bad. He is getting older, too. However, if he can make a comeback, that would be great. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com

I think there is a definite chance he could make a huge comback, but we won't see him in the UFC again until they are willing to pay him more than Strikeforce is. 22 years oldShootwrestlingFormerly Wado-Kai Karate

NightOwl
Undefeated in the UFC? I know he lost some in other organizations (such as his fight with Yuki Kondo who's a kenpo stylist) http://youtube.com/watch?v=z-3b2_1Vk8M.
