The Kyokushin punisher Posted June 23, 2007 Share Posted June 23, 2007 Hardest test of my life my body aches...i was hit with the shinai so many times i stopped feeling pain after a while..It broke me down to the point where i got emotional becuz i was mentally and physically fatigued.
