My Name is Robert Amos, I am 37 yrs old and a studentof Sensei Mark Varner in the art of Shudokan.I have began training at the age of 15 from Sensei Varnerbut had to quit at 17 due to RL, After 18Yrsabsence I found that Sensei Varner was still teaching and returned.I have been training for 2yrs and have obtained the rank of green beltwhich is the rank I held when I departed many years ago.I look forward to reading the forum and contributing when I can.
