Jay Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 I think in competition its nervousness but not really fear on the streets the majority or what you are feeling is fear. The key to everything is continuity achieved by discipline.

Having a chip on your shoulder is a fast route to injury or worse. 2. If you survive a streetfight, you won.3. Eventually you will meet someone who is better than you. There is no martial arts without philosophy.
