Sho-ju Posted October 20, 2003 Posted October 20, 2003 I like many of them. Goju for it's hard body conditioning, and shorin/shotokan styles for there speed and movement. Kyokushin stands out as a combo of both but I think it's easly to add into your system a little from either.
