ramymensa Posted September 27, 2002 Posted September 27, 2002 I've got one that was made for me. It's not from a company It's white and without patches and colured stuff. I'll buy a new one. Guess it'll be kamikaze. I know for sure that I won't wear a coloured one from Century And not Adidas either. It has some embroidment on the neck. And I like it to be WHITE ... just white World Shotokan Karate
ZeRo Posted September 27, 2002 Posted September 27, 2002 i wear a blitz gi, i love it very nice. totally white. dont know the weave. it cost £30 which is quite good for a gi.

three60roundhouse Posted September 29, 2002 Author Posted September 29, 2002 When I'm training in gi for BJJ now I wear an Atama gold weave in blue (great gi https://www.atama-kimonos.com (it cost about $95 with shipping). Sometimes we do no gi, that's just sweats and a tee shirt or shorts and a teeshirt. 1st dan Tae Kwon DoYellow Belt Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu16 Years OldGirls kick butt!
jiu-jitsu fighter Posted January 21, 2003 Posted January 21, 2003 i just recently bought an atama sigle weave, i think the double weave is too thick and unrealistic also im not comfortable in it, my gi is blue and it costs 80$ u.s. Venezolano Posted January 21, 2003 Posted January 21, 2003 I wear a brand of here in Venezuela, called "Bushido" it's a karate-gi, i don't have money to buy an Atama It's white of course. Valencia - Venezuela.
Dober Posted January 23, 2003 Posted January 23, 2003 Hi all I am starting BJJ and am looking to buy a kimono from Atama, I was just wondering what the difference between a gold weave and a single weave is, which is better for a begginer like me? Which will last longer? White Belt - Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Venezolano Posted January 23, 2003 Posted January 23, 2003 Gold Weave is the best Valencia - Venezuela.
