i looking for a clear rain coat or poncho?

i lookinf for a clear rain coat or poncho . a not throw away type

in 2xl or 3xl i am short 5-1 and big belly and big neck

so i need 3xl or 2xl?

i do boy scouts and want to be able to wear a clear rain coat or poncho on those wet days when we march in a parade or at camp so they can see my uniform and i will not get wet .

do you know a good placke to get one and it is a non throw away one

Hi Matt - I've noticed you tend to ask lots of clothing related questions on martial arts forums.

Perhaps martial arts forums aren't the best place to ask about clothes? Aren't there any clothing/shopping forums that might be able to help you more easily than MA forums?
