karateguy11 Posted April 8, 2007 Posted April 8, 2007 Can a person train in Muay Thai into old age? Or is it too demanding after a certain point? THat's why I figure karate is better because it can be a lifelong pursuit. Also, my question is in respect of taking Muay Thai classes and not competing.
