You should never let your emotions take over in a fight. It'll either blind you, or make you take it too far.

I think that anger can be a useful factor in a fight. You just have to know how to control yourself when you use it. Sometimes, if you are on the ropes, and in pain, or something of the like, getting angry can push you enough to throw yourself back in there, and give you a little extra. It can also be used as an intimidation factor.

I feed off of my anger from time to time.

Hello, Sometimes you need too: Anger will make you fight back against your fear you had. The adrenline and anger will make you a fierce fighter.

You will also need to learn how to control them too...you do not want to over do it in a real fight and end up in jail for life.

Each of our emotions has it place....anger is one of them....learn to control it and use it wisely.

Remember there are various levels of ANGER,....as our response to any attacks. .........Aloha

:D Thanks!

I have been known to get a little angry at times. It is just a part of my nature, so instead of fighting it, I use it.

Definetly, i think anger, like any other emotion, can be healthy if you understand it and use it in a positive way and dont let it become a destructive force in your life.

Nothing wrong with using your emotions in a fight, I was referring to totally losing it.

I agree. Everything in moderation (including moderation).

The disadvantage with anger is it clouds your judgment.
