RedLynx
I found a Web site that shows the traditional way to re-tie nunchaku of the corded variety. They show cutaway views and everything to help you out. But apparently, you actually have to put the cord ends down into the chuck holes? I'm wondering, if you do that, how can you see inside to do the tying? And also, they say candle wax, I *think* a lighter of some sort and a pocket knife too, but am not sure on those. But what if I'm without those kind of essentials, and only have the chucks and cord? If that happens, couldn't I re-tie them without that stuff if I learned how? I wanna try being able to do that kind of stuff like in the woods were you have to do without things like that. -Lynx"A fool can put on wisdom, but his foolisness will show." -Kurt DoplerNunchaku Sticks (chain variety)
Athorn4941
yeah them things are just to make it easier to do. lighter- used to make the tips of the rope pointed so it goes in easier. candle wax- it is used on the ana so the rope slides in easier pocket knife- use this to cut the rope. you should have something like this when your in the woods its a very handy tool. and a lighter whats the point of lighting the fire with a turning stick. make the advances of time work for you instead of doing it the hard way.
