I think you mean Taiki-ken. Not too sure about the circle and point theory, but Kenichi Sawai apparently adapted the style from his training in Yiquan. Hanshi Arneil trained alongside Sosai Oyama under Sawai and has talked about it but not at great length. I think Jan Kallenbach from the Netherlands was one of Sawai's own students and teaches the style alongside Kyokushin, and Kancho Royama of Kyokushinkan is also a high profile Taiki-Ken advocate.
