conrad665 Posted October 24, 2009 Posted October 24, 2009 I suffer from plantar fasciitis on my left foot,so I try not to force it and usually kick with my left leg not to tear it more, but the knee-cap pain on my right leg recovered a year ago came back due to carrying all my body constantly I also can't jump-but it makes me more concentrated on how the opponent will attack.
