bushido_man96
I had my first post-holiday class today, combined with some arm work in the gym. We did forms and one-steps, and my arms and legs are a bit tight right now. Stretching felt good, though. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
baronbvp
How old are you, Bushido Man? I thought I remembered seeing somewhere you were 28. Does contact hurt for longer as you get older? It does to me. My body is usually tightest the second day after sparring as opposed to the next day, especially if I was hit in those same muscles. No wonder nobody plays football at my age.I'm still looking forward to it, though. But I also plan to check out the fencing place to see if I want to start that up again. bushido_man96
Well, contact doesn't hurt so much right now, but the muscle soreness, and the aching of the knees does last a bit longer.Yeah, I'm 28......almost 29. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com

tekki
The dojo was open for a few days in between Christmas and New Year's, but even when I went it just isn't the same. Attendance is sparse and the focus just isn't there. Which is why I'm particularly looking forward to tonight's class, as it will be the first of the New Year for us black belts.
