My wonderful German Grandmother adopted a Japanese lifestyle after many years of visiting and teaching...and it rubbed off on me. I also like Vietnamese food and Szechuan. Yummmmm. Me too. But I also love Korean food, and Thai on top of the above. I also love to cook asian food. Heidi, you would love my homemade Vietnamese Hot and sour mushroom soup (don't worry, it's vegan ).
