Adonis
I found this on another web forum. I thought it was pretty good. Seems to help even though I still have a difficult time witht he RNC with good opponents defending it. Here is a video by Stephan Kesting on how to set up the RNC. Let me know what you all think of the diffrent grips and set ups?

bushido_man96
Very interesting. He explains things very well. Those are the things that you can't get from reading books.I didn't watch the whole thing, but it looks very informative, from the section that I saw. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com

NightOwl
Nice clip! The neck is a lot less strong moving from side to side, so instead of trying to force your way under the chin, the 'side punch' move he showed can be used to create space. Don't hit at all if it is honorably possible to avoid hitting; but never hit soft.~Theodore Roosevelt
