chillindan Posted December 29, 2006 Author Posted December 29, 2006 I am still working through the routines that were suggested to me on this thread earlier and have noticed a significant improvement in both my balance and technique. As has been discussed on other threads we practice no-contact sparring at my dojo and we dont do any bag work. I want to incorporate bag work into my kicking as I have just got a bag at home. Any suggestions on routines etc?

Mix it up, and enjoy yourself! You can also pick out a single technique to practice over and over again on the bag, to build power with it. Single technique practice on the bag can reap rewards as well. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
