Hey.... I bought a long heavy bag ( that allows low kicks) for my bedroom , it´s very resistant , and cool.

I filled it 50 percent with salt ( wide grains ) instead of sand in the bottom and rugs in the top..its ok for now....but is toooo hard :P

But I ´ll keep workin until the pain is gone :

Sounds cool. You could try filling it with rags, to see if it doesn't get too hard.

To solve your problem, go out and buy a dehumidifier. Sounds like moisture has gotten in your bag. You'll probably have to open the bag so that the contents can lose the moisture that has built up inside.
