The way we are used to is usually the way that appears more appropriate to us. In fact, that's a good thing. It shows we have faith in what we have learned.But I don't move that quick in kata. Mines slower with a lot of power except in some spots that are very explosive.Yeah, it just depends on interpretation. The mind is like a parachute, it only works when it's open.
