Mischievousjoe Posted October 27, 2006 Share Posted October 27, 2006 Another thing to think about is foot locks - some of these holds could be extremely painful with plantar fascitis, might want to agree with training partners not to go for things like toe holds etc when rolling beforehand. bushido_man96 Posted October 27, 2006 Share Posted October 27, 2006 most of the times you can start the rolling from a sitting position, and still do a great work out. for me, 20 min good bjj practice is equal to 40 min kata practice(not sparring) if not more.This was one thing I noticed from my junior high wrestling days....wrestling is a darn good workout.
