At school Lipton unsweetened green tea was the only thing I'd get from the vending machines. Good stuff, really grows on ya.

I love red tea, known as Red Bush (rooibos). I like all types of tea (green, white, black, red) but Redbush is one of my particular faves. It's caffine free, which is a plus, and has a truckload of antioxidants in it as well.

A couple of bags of Redbush tea dropped in a hot bath is supposed to be really good for your skin too. The company I get my Redbush tea from also sells Redbush soap, which has really helped clear up my dads excema.

Some of my other favourite teas are Lapsang Souchong, Earl Grey and Chai (spiced black tea).

White tea is good too, it doesn't have that bitter taste that some green teas can have. This is my favourite type of white tea, it's scrummy!! :D

There's a couple brands of tea out there that come in a blueberry tea. Non caffinated. It's good with just a bit of sweetener, nothing else. I also like a few other teas, mostly of "berry" origin. There's a mixed berry that Celestial Seasonings makes that I like too.

White tea is fairly similar to green tea in taste. I think green tea is a bit more bitter. I drink this really awsome stuff called kyoto mint tea. It's a white tea/mint mix. I believe black tea has caffine in it, but I don't drink it. I've only just recently gotten into drinking tea.

I'm a pretty regular guy, and don't get into much of anything exotic. I like good ol' suntea, and maybe a little peached tea. No fancy coffee for me either....I like it black and strong.
