Robin Posted October 15, 2006 Posted October 15, 2006 Out of curiousity, (I don't live in NJ), what is "Buddha hand WCK" and what is "Fut sao"? And how are they different from classic Wing Chun?Thanks,- Robin
stonecrusher69 Posted October 21, 2006 Author Posted October 21, 2006 Fut sao means Buddha hand in Cantonese Chinese.Fut Sao Wing Chun Kuen is a lineage of Wing Chun which traces it's orgin to a monk Xu Yun who was the holder of this style. In many ways it the same as Classical Wing Chun in that it looks the same but there is a havy componet of internal training to the style. This style is very soft like tai chi and uses Ying dai Gong as in Tai Chi and many other ideas. http://www.youtube.com/user/sifumcilwrath"When the student is ready the master will appear"
