HG Posted October 9, 2006 Posted October 9, 2006 Anybody know of a good place to purchase a pair? Also, what would be a cheap alternative?
bushido_man96 Posted October 9, 2006 Posted October 9, 2006 I am not sure where you could buy some, but as an alternative, you could try to take a pottery class, use one of them wheels, and try to make some. That would be cool. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com

cathal Posted October 11, 2006 Posted October 11, 2006 Definitely a good site, but you could definitely setup something like that yourself...may save some money .The best victory is when the opponent surrendersof its own accord before there are any actualhostilities...It is best to win without fighting.- Sun-tzu

That would be cool. That does sound cool. If only I cold do that with tetsu geta. I could probably make wooden geta, but only tetsu geta if I took a metal shop elective. And I don't like metal shop.

And I don't like metal shop.I remember seeing a book a while back, on how to make homemade martial arts equipment, but I can't remember the exact title. It looked interesting, if one is mechanically inclined. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
