This is good advice. Experiment with different techniques for generating the most stability and power. To find a combination that works well for you may take years.

All sorts of strange stuff used to happen to me while I was training. Maybe my techniqe has got better and maybe i have just got fitter and better enabled for the training but I'd say dont worry give it a while and you will find it slowly go away...Luke
