Rainbow_Warrior
I know what you mean , It have a relation with how are you standed , and the tension of your body , aften of the neck...It can be modified with technique...unless you have some illness or something. ´´ The evil may win a round , but not the fight ´´
ps1
In terms of physics, as you assert energy into an object, that object asserts an equal but opposite force into you. That's whay you are feeling. "It is impossible to make anything foolproof because fools are so ingenius."

Brandon Fisher
Stay realxes until you make contact and instantly relax again. See if that helps. If you stay to tense it increases that pressure coming back into your body. Brandon FisherSeijitsu Shin Do
jaymac
Relaxing is good, but also tuck your head. Say you are right hand dominate, when you jab with your left hand, you should throw your shoulder into it and tuck your chin to your left shoulder, then counter punch with the right hand and blocking your face with the left. It is really hard to explain without showing, so watch some boxing footage. Boxers have amazingly great technique and power in their punches and use punching bags with great efficiency. A great martial artist is one who is humble and respectful of others.
Jiffy
You need to ensure that the feedback you get from the bag goes through you and into the floor, thus you will not loose any power. What is happening is your absorbing that force yourself and therefore shaking. As the others side, try to relax immediately after making contact, but don't expect immediate results, this literally takes years of practise to get right. The mind is like a parachute, it only works when it's open.
