Greenfire54 Posted October 3, 2006 Posted October 3, 2006 hi everyone, I'm Chase and I am learning kobu-do and Hon-Shin-Do( for those Hon-Shin-Do martial artists in Newnan, Leo is my grandfather) Its a good thing that a forum like this can be used to discuss martial arts. I find that to be really cool since I'm always trying to learn about other styles and how they origanated Hon-Shin-Do=The way of the True HeartMost men stop when they begin to tire. Good men go untill they think they are going to collapse. but the very best know the mind tires before the body and push themselves further and further beyond all limits. Only when all these limits are shattered can the unattainable be reached.

TigerDude Posted October 6, 2006 Posted October 6, 2006 Welcome aboard! If you think only of hitting, springing, striking or touching the enemy, you will not be able actually to cut him. You must thoroughly research this. - Musashi
