Rathe Posted September 27, 2006 Posted September 27, 2006 I don't mean to sound rude... but is there a question here? https://www.dancing-crane.net
cathal Posted September 28, 2006 Posted September 28, 2006 I'm pretty sure that you're asking if it's OK that you teach someone brand new. If you are a 4th Kyu some instructors have no problems having you assist. But to answer that question you'd really need to speak with your instructor directly. .The best victory is when the opponent surrendersof its own accord before there are any actualhostilities...It is best to win without fighting.- Sun-tzu
bushido_man96 Posted September 30, 2006 Posted September 30, 2006 Best bet is to go with an instructor if one is available. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
jaymac Posted October 4, 2006 Posted October 4, 2006 Definitely talk to your instructor, but don't be disappointed if your instructor advises against you teaching him the art. If he is really wanting to train, he should do it under the supervision of an experienced instructor. A great martial artist is one who is humble and respectful of others.
Jiffy Posted October 20, 2006 Posted October 20, 2006 I'm not really sure what your question is here, but I think Cathal is on the money.Personally I think someone can always learn something from someone else, but of course the more experienced the instructor, the higher the quality of instruction.Have a chat with your instructor and see what he/she thinks. The mind is like a parachute, it only works when it's open.
