Crosscountry skiing and running seem to be really great as a compliment to karate. Especially crosscountry skiing, probably because it's such hard work for the abs.

I do body building at gym 4 times a week, swiming some times and do push ups at home in boring sundays :P

I've recently started skating a lot more, that's a great workout, for the legs especially. I'd like to join a womens ice hockey team but I think I might be a bit old. Might look into roller hockey instead.

As well as my martial arts training I go horseriding when I can, along with swimming.
