Brandon Fisher
I bring my leg straight up and straight down striking with my heel depending on the position of the target. Sometimes I will bring my knee in like starting a inside or outside cresent kick before executing the technique Brandon FisherSeijitsu Shin Do

orionryu
That makes sence, doesn't look like something that should be used in free kumite without a lot of control. My confusion came because certain aspects of the technique looked like it was used commonly to change direction with a strike. Does anyone else see this? It almost appeared as though the technique was best - if not only - used when fighting multible opponets.
Brandon Fisher
No its not a sparring technique its a good technique to finish off an attacker o nthe street or use for breaking. Brandon FisherSeijitsu Shin Do
bushido_man96
This technique uses a lot of body leverage, and you would not want to confuse it with an axe kick, which would be a kick that is brought up high, but could be used to hit a high or a low target. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
