I attended a seminar with Sifu Michael Casey who teaches Wing Tzun and it was a blast. He is a very talented Wing Tzun instructor and we got some great corrections on chi sao, forms and footwork. I was really impressed by how effortless he made everything look. When I touched hands with him for chi sao he was totally in control. I highly recommend his seminars and classes. He teaches out of Santa Monica Califormia and is affiliated with Emin Boztepe. Check out his website here:

Sounds like a great seminar. It sounds like you got to learn a lot. The thing I like about seminars is that a lot of them are very hands on, and it is a nice break from the routine of the weekly classes.

Yes seminar are a great break from regular classes. You get to train with other people from different schools and just have a great time. I highly recommend them.
